Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 10 August 2026

VIBEWARS has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves to, what we prohibit, how anyone can report a concern, and how we respond. It applies to the VIBEWARS website and to the iOS and Android apps.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then tell us, so we can preserve evidence and remove the content.

2. Minimum age

VIBEWARS is not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the service, as stated in our Terms of Service. Accounts we believe to belong to someone under 16 are removed.

3. What is prohibited

The following are banned outright, in every part of the service — project submissions, screenshots and uploaded media, project titles and descriptions, first prompts, comments, display names and linked URLs:

Because VIBEWARS lets people submit projects built with AI tools, we state it explicitly: material generated by an AI model is treated exactly the same as material captured with a camera. There is no distinction.

4. How to report

In the app

Every submission, comment and public profile has a report control. Open it, choose Report, pick Child safety as the reason and add detail. Reports go straight to our moderation queue. You do not need to know who posted the content, and the person you report is not told who reported them.

By email

Anyone — including people without a VIBEWARS account — can report child safety concerns to contact@dnatechbase.com. Please include a link to the content and any context you can give. Do not attach or forward the material itself.

Blocking

Separately from reporting, you can block any account from inside the app. Blocking hides their submissions and comments from you and hides yours from them. Blocking is not a substitute for reporting — please do both.

5. How we respond

6. Reporting to authorities

Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the competent authorities. That includes the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, as the operator is established in Romania, the competent Romanian authorities. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation.

We do not attempt to investigate offences ourselves, and we do not contact suspected offenders about a report.

7. Compliance

We comply with the child safety laws applicable to us, and with the child safety policies of the app stores that distribute VIBEWARS, including the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines. These standards are published so that users, regulators and platform reviewers can hold us to them.

8. Keeping these standards current

We review this page when the product changes in a way that affects child safety, when the law changes, and at least once a year. The date at the top reflects the last review. Questions about these standards go to contact@dnatechbase.com.
