These terms govern your use of VIBEWARS — the website and the iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use VIBEWARS.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DNA TECHBASE S.R.L. "You" means the person using VIBEWARS.
VIBEWARS is a contest platform for software built with AI assistance. You can enter contests by submitting a project, browse and like other people's entries, comment on them, and appear on leaderboards. Entries earn points from likes within the app and, where a contest allows it, from engagement on social media posts you link.
You must be at least 16 years old to use VIBEWARS. By using it you confirm that you are, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You keep all rights you already have in the projects, text, images and videos you submit. We claim no ownership of your work.
By posting content to VIBEWARS you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting purposes, publish and display that content, for the purpose of operating and promoting VIBEWARS and the contests you enter. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already made as part of a concluded contest's published results, and for backups pending deletion.
You confirm that you own or otherwise have the rights to everything you post, and that posting it does not infringe anybody else's rights.
VIBEWARS is a public, shared space. You must not post or do any of the following:
Reporting content. If you see something on VIBEWARS that breaks these rules, email contact@dnatechbase.com with a link to it and a short description. We review reports and act on them, and we aim to respond within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend the account responsible.
We may review, refuse, edit the visibility of, or remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account, where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or where content poses a risk to other users or to us. Where it is appropriate and lawful to do so, we will tell you why. We are not obliged to monitor content proactively, but we do act on reports.
The VIBEWARS name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond using the service as intended.
VIBEWARS uses Google Firebase for authentication, data storage and hosting, and offers sign-in through Google and Apple. Your use of those sign-in options is also subject to the relevant provider's own terms. Projects you link to are hosted by third parties and are outside our control.
We aim to keep VIBEWARS running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may need to take the service down for maintenance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIBEWARS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, or that content posted by other users is accurate, lawful or safe.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have as a consumer under Romanian or EU law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of VIBEWARS. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using VIBEWARS at any time and may ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@dnatechbase.com. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the licence for content already published as part of concluded contest results, disclaimers and liability — will continue to apply.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and where a change is significant we will make a reasonable effort to notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use VIBEWARS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
